Extremely Versatile for the Whole Body

To use your Relaxica in any of the positions shown here, simply take a short
break from whatever it is you are doing, ...relax, with your eyes closed...and turn it for
just 30 to 60 seconds:

To quickly soothe away headaches, migraines, cluster
headache pains, sinus discomfort, facial tension and/or to relax fatigued eyes or computer
eyestrain - wear your Relaxica as you would an ordinary pair of glasses, as shown
in the photo here. |
If you have discomfort around your temples or forehead - just slip the Relaxica
up on your forehead and lower the strap accordingly on the back of your head. This
position works well for cluster headaches and migraines too. |
Wear your Relaxica on the back of your head (on your cerebellum lobes),
with the strap across your forehead. This position not only eases many headache and
migraine pains, but it is also excellent for upper neck pain, lower neck pain, sore neck,
neck stiffness and cramps. |
Relax on the floor (or in bed) with your shoulders supported by a small pillow or
towel. Tilt your head back so that it touches the floor. Wear the Relaxica as you
would glasses. This position eases congested nasal passages, relieves clogged sinuses and
soothes sinus pain; it is also effective for headache and eye discomforts.
Use before going to sleep; Promotes deep relaxation and many have discovered a richer
night's sleep and feeling much more refreshed in the morning. |
